It took us just ONE month from the day Damion applied for a loan application with Victoria Menne Mortgage to the day we settled on his new house. Beat out multiple other offers! The seller had requested a one month rent back. It’s been one month since settlement day.. Damion officially moves into his new home today!!!!! So happy and proud of him!! 🏠🔑🎉
