🏠 In 2024, the average square footage of a newly built home decreased by 2.5% nationwide - buyers are prioritizing efficient space over bigger footprints.

Bigger square footage doesn’t just mean bigger space, it also means more paint, more hardwood floors, more tile, more cabinets, more shingles, more electric, more air conditioning, more windows (lower efficient), and more… you get my point. Shall I continue? 🤣
