Well ladies and gentleman, had a short delay on this one but the wait is worth! My wife and I wanted to try something a little different for a weekend dinner. She decided that we go to Coopers Hawk located in the Annapolis Town Center and boy did she pick a great local gem. The food was very well presented and the flavors were abundant, but not overwhelming! The menu is vast and at the time of our dining experience it was a nice mix of traditional dishes that had an Asian twist to it. Oh did I mention they have a huge selection of wine!

All in all I would recommend this place for a nice evening out without having to overdress (unless you want to!) as the quality is good, the service is just fine, and the price point is fairly reasonable for a vast majority of the menus items.

Wanted to do a small little Local Review! I hope to do this more frequently this year as an effort to highlight some community attractions whether it’s Restaurants or events/ things to do!

With that said, had the pleasure of going to Latitude 38 in Downtown Annapolis on Saturday night and it was a good time! Service was fast for a causal dining experience and the food quality was 7/10! If you are looking for a place to have either a nice dinner for two or a family outing this place should not disappoint. We ended up grabbing the calamari appetizer, and for main courses we picked up the blackened chicken Alfredo and beef tenderloins. We left satisfied and the adult beverages were reasonably priced!

The atmosphere of this establishment puts you right downtown next to the docks, but tucked away from the busy Main Street. The upper floor appears to have larger windows that seem to open during the nicer weather which would make for some great summer time dining opportunities as you would have a phenomenal view of the harbor area of Annapolis! Parking was easy enough for a Saturday night and after 7:30pm they don’t check the meters from what the signage was stating!

Been slacking a bit with posts and updates and for that I apologize!

The real estate market is going to be going through some changes according to experts! There’s even speculation that a large percentage of realtors will have to exit the business for various reasons! I want to take a moment and recognize the USCP officer who tragically lost his life today after an incident. I know in today’s climate a lot of officers are facing a less than favorable view but I believe the vast majority show up to do their job honorably and diligently to make sure we don’t have to face the chaos that they separate us from. With that said, my thoughts are with the family and his coworkers.
