🏡 Median home price in Maryland: ~$427,800 (up 3.2% year over year)
📅 Average days on market: 56 days statewide — but well-priced homes in Central Maryland are moving much faster
📈 Inventory is up 12.8% compared to last year — more options for buyers! 💰 Over 31% of homes are still selling above list price

What does this mean for YOU? If you're thinking about buying, more inventory means less bidding war pressure. If you're selling, well-priced homes are still commanding strong offers.
