This listing went live May 10. We
knew the single family inventory at this price point in
21122 was very, very low. We priced the house based
on condition (interior needed renovation) at $359,900,
knowing the same model in the community, nicely
updated sold for $440,000.
An old adage in real estate ,"your first offer is usually
your best offer", did not hold true! First was low,
countered by seller with no movement. Next two came
in at the same time a couple of days later. The
accepted offer came in at $371,000, cash, no
contingencies. We had 16 total showings and 0 offers
from buyers who wanted to purchase the home as a
primary residence. There are plenty of investors in the
market right now, which ultimately made for very happy
clients!! 🏠
