Spending the last Monday of the year reflecting on what a crazy year 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ was for us!

Some days I look at my sales for the year and feel they weren’t enough compared to the powerhouse of a team I’m on, but then looking back at everything that happened this year I am super proud of how well I was able to balance everything! I have no shame sharing these numbers knowing that it was a slow year for me business wise, but personally felt like it went by in .72 seconds😊

It is a choice we make to not put the boys in daycare and for them to stay with us. Well, financially it’s a choice that has to make sense with 3 kids under 4 😵‍💫🤣, but I am thankful for a “flexible” career that lets me be a stay at home mom and working mom at the same time ❤️

🏡…but look out world- I think 6 months in I’ve found my grove (and the boys are on a schedule 🙌🏽) so I am ready to tackle 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ and get these numbers back up 🔥

2024 was a year for the books for our family! Thank you all for tagging along on this crazy ride!! I truly appreciate all the continued referrals and support from everyone this year as we navigated life with twins (+ a toddler!)🙌🏽💪🏽

…and to everyone who didn’t trust me to still help with their real estate goals, I hope 2025 brings you twins 🤣 Kidding (kinda)- the rejections make me more motivated and determined every year 🔥

…oh yeah- we also added a new car to our blacked out 2024 bingo card since I made this😵‍💫

I recently was referred a landlord who had her home on the market a few weeks with another agent trying to rent it. Living in the neighborhood myself, I have a great idea of what tenants are looking for. Yes- a whole 24 hours on the market 🙌🏽

Happy New Year! ✨🍾

Last year I may not have set any records, or won any awards, but what I did do is SURVIVE a year when many agents got out of the business 💪🏽

Despite being a down year, I was able to spend so much time with Emilia every day, still helped 24 new clients, and oh yeah-WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! 🔥🏠

A year when interest rates scared people out of selling or buying, we did the damn thing and bought and are fully renovating a new house for our family! And now I get to use my starter home as an investment property 💰💰

So here’s to 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ and continuing to survive- especially with 2 little boys on the way in a short 6 months 💙
