‼️HOUSE SHOPPING HACKS‼️

1. Follow the Steps - there is a reason that the steps are in the order that they are. It is absolutely crucial that you find your Realtor, find your lender, and get preapproved PRIOR to house shopping. It makes little to no sense to see houses that you may be unable to afford, or to undercut yourself into thinking that you can only afford so much, only to discover that you could have spent your time looking at houses that may have better fit your needs.

2. 💅Keep it classy - when at showings, while the Realtor does need to know your likes and dislikes in order to better accommodate your needs, we need to be mindful of the fact that people have things like Ring cameras and Google Homes that, while they should be turned off for confidentiality purposes, are sometimes left on. And we don't want to say something that could offend a seller that we might decide to work with.

3. Bad weather is actually a great time to see a house because we get to see how the house withstands things like heavy rains and winds.⛈️
