Vantage Property Management provides detailed marketing information on homes in your neighborhood which have recently rented, and are currently available. This information will enable you to price your rental property accordingly. VPM advertises your home on over 6,500 national and local real estate web sites (including Realtor Multiple List). Your rental listing will also be made available throug

h MLS sharing arrangements to most real estate agents in Maryland, VA, DC, PA, DE, NJ & WV. On average, it only takes VPM 33 days to successfully rent our properties. VPM oversees all showings and tenant screenings, including credit, criminal/civil court and sexual offender background checks. VPM executes all lease paperwork as directed by you; arranges compliance with local rental licensing where required, all utility transfers as needed, security deposit escrows per Maryland law. Property inspections every 120 days with detailed reports to our owners. We take care of everything: disbursements for maintenance, repairs, condo/HOA fees, tax and mortgage payments, per your instructions. Strict but fair procedures in place for tenant late-rent collection, District Court filings & evictions when necessary. All net rents are electronically deposited directly to our owners' bank accounts on the 8th day of the current month. Owners are provided with detailed financial reports each month, along with an end-of-year summary and tax Form 1099.
