I won't lie, as a software engineer's daughter I'm intrigued by the abilities of Ai. But, to quote my Dad, Junk in 🟰 Junk Out. If you instantly recognize that a flyer was created by Ai, that's what happened.

If y'all know me, you know I love a good Tech Tool. But that's what tech is .. a tool, not a replacement. Ai won't hold your hand when the deal goes south, won't guide you through challenges with a decade of hands on 💯 REAL NoCo experience and can't jump up and down in celebration with you. 🎉 But you can bet that I will!

Colin is amazing! He is so friendly with my dogs and his work is excellent. I've been a customer for years and he has always been reliable & reasonably priced. I would lose my mind without this service! 10 Stars⭐Thank you, Thank you!

I was researching a Home Equity Report for a client last week. I like to include what Ai suggests in my reports because that's where some buyers get information. Plus, it's just fun. I checked on 3 Ai models & 10 Automated Value Models (like the one that rhymes with Pillow's Guess-timate) to see what "Ai" thought the home could sell for.

All 13 of them gave vastly different numbers that spanned over a $50,000 range! If your agent priced your home wrong by $50k either way, you'd probably be pi**ed! 🤯 No worries, is not Ai generated. I don't guess or give you my "opinion" of value. I dig in and show you ALL the data so you can make informed decisions on how to strategically place your home to sell for the best price possible.

DM me REPORT when you want me to deep dive into the data for your home to see how much Equity you've built so far.

In a perfect world, every move to a new home would be exciting and fun. But that's not how it always works. Sometimes a move is emotional, bittersweet or just a chance to move forward. I'm ecstatic to be here to help you for the fun ones and your shoulder to lean on for the hard ones! 💞

Buying your first home can feel overwhelming. Between credit questions, interest rates, down payments, and all the advice floating around online, it's easy to wonder where to even begin.

The good news? You don't have to figure it out on your own.

One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is helping buyers turn "I don't think I can" into "I can't believe I did it!" There's nothing better than handing over the keys and seeing that smile.

If homeownership has been on your mind - even if you're not sure you're ready - let's have a conversation. No pressure, no sales pitch, just honest answers and a plan that fits your goals.

📩 Send me a message with the word HOME, and I'll send you my free First-Time Home Buyer's Guide.
