I was researching a Home Equity Report for a client last week. I like to include what Ai suggests in my reports because that's where some buyers get information. Plus, it's just fun. I checked on 3 Ai models & 10 Automated Value Models (like the one that rhymes with Pillow's Guess-timate) to see what "Ai" thought the home could sell for.

All 13 of them gave vastly different numbers that spanned over a $50,000 range! If your agent priced your home wrong by $50k either way, you'd probably be pi**ed! 🤯 No worries, is not Ai generated. I don't guess or give you my "opinion" of value. I dig in and show you ALL the data so you can make informed decisions on how to strategically place your home to sell for the best price possible.
