Another nice review from last weeks transactions. In this case it was a back to back sale. Was both the listing agent on my clients home sale then became her buyers agent in the purchase of her home. These are always a little trickier to make sure everything aligns with timelines, etc for a seemless transaction for the clients selling and buying in the same day. What’s better is I have moved from real estate agent to friend in this sale(s). 😊🏠

Sold yesterday over asking price in Sudlersville, MD in Queen Anne’s County. Fantastic sellers and the second time around I sold this home (2020 also was Listing agent). According to Bright MLS (record keeping began 1994) they said this was the largest in-town residential sale in Sudlersville history. This is a lovely house and I was excited when the sellers reached out. Northrop Realty marketing showcased this one-of-a-kind gem of a home!
