Some deals are a longer bumpier road than others…but sometimes the road less traveled is the right one. After kicking out our original buyer on this magnificent estate home and going back on market, I was able to secure an offer $50,000 higher that that of the original buyer resulting in a windfall of additional profit for my seller. The night is always darkest just before the dawn! Congratulations to my wonderful client and to the new buyers of their forever home!

This one amazed even me!!! Not only were my sellers able to get their “Dream Number” for their beautiful home… they got $100,000 more!!!! This is no accident. It is the result of a great plan, perfect timing and a good amount of elbow grease!!! Couldn’t be happier for my wonderful clients who are about to begin life at the Jersey Shore!!!
