OFFER ACCEPTED 🎉 Congratulations to my clients on getting their offer accepted in this competitive real estate market.

My clients and I met last year at our open house and were in the early stages of their home search. I met with them, explained the process, got them pre approved with our lender. We searched for a few months as inventory was low and they did not find a home they loved.

The first day this home was listed we viewed the home, they were sure this was the home they had to have, and I went to work!

I communicated with the agent on our interest, asked to submit a preemptive offer, however the seller wanted to hold the property open and give all possible buyers a chance. We had to wait patiently for a week until offers were due.

I stayed in communication with the listing agent while we waited, checking to see the interest on the home. Finally the day arrived, there was a total of 7 offers, we were the highest and best offer and we prevailed, our offer was accepted and my clients are EXTREMELY ECSTATIC!!
