Another big milestone.

The roads are being leveled now and should be finished in the next day or so. After that, the crew will begin preparing for asphalt. 🚜

It won’t be long before it will be drivable through the neighborhood. Stay tuned for more updates!

With all the recent rainfall, the 1.5 acre pond is already starting to fill up. The team is currently pumping out water so drainage work and site prep can continue moving forward.
