🧘‍♀️🌿 The perfect way to wind down summer at Cypress Grove!

Our residents enjoyed a relaxing evening of yoga led by Michelle Moore with MooreYoga, LLC, followed by delicious açaí bowls from 302 Acai. 🫐🍓

A little movement, a little relaxation, and a sweet treat to top it all off! We loved seeing our residents come together for such a fun end-of-summer evening. ☀️

Exciting things happening in Milton! Looking forward to these additions!

With McDonald’s, Royal Farms, Dairy Queen and Dunkin’ either in Milton or making their way there, the next franchise looking to make its move to Route 16 is AutoZone. Concept plans for a new AutoZone location were presented to Milton Planning and Zoning Commission June 16. While there is no timeline for when the store would be built – a concept plan is typically for the applicant to solicit feedback and further refine plans before they are brought back for preliminary site-plan review – the store would be located on Route 16 in front of the Cypress Grove development along with Dairy Queen and Dunkin'.

Tom Pugsley, representing AutoZone, told the commission the plan is for a 6,700-square-foot store with 42 parking spaces. Access to the parcel would come from Grove Circle, via either Route 16 or Country Road. Pugsley said there will be no direct access to the store from Route 16.
