A house project on Pensacola Beach at Sabine Inlet of Little Sabine Bay that has been in the works for approximately 4 years. This house appraised at $4.3 million and is almost finished. Just some more minor finishes and we will do a fly thru with the drone sometime in July.

House #2 for this client. 2 years under construction and getting to the final stages. This is our most expensive home design we have done to date. This house has 75 helical piles under the footings. The front entry columns are 36" diameter solid concrete. The entire home is 200 mph wind design entirely out of concrete. Floors, roof, exterior walls all ICF or solid concrete and the zero edge pool is up on pilings to be at first floor level. Cantilevered decks with no support. Commercial grade Otis Elevator inside and the entire roof is a flat deck for observation right off the Pensacola NAS flight line for awesome viewing of the Blue Angels when they practice.
