SRB Property Management, LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team in a flexible General Labor Support position!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and doesn’t want to do the exact same thing every day. This position will assist multiple areas of our small business, including vending operations, property management, warehouse support, and occasional clerical or errand duties.
Starting out, the primary focus of this position will be supporting our vending company with efficient route delivery, loading products, warehouse organization, and other tasks as needed. As the position develops, responsibilities may also include property walk-throughs and assisting our maintenance and office teams.
Schedule:
• Part-time, approximately 12–15 hours per week
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule based on availability
• Additional hours may be available if desired
• Paid training
Applicants must be 18 or older, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to handle changing priorities are important for this role.
