SRB Property Management is hosting a kids’ coloring competition featuring our favorite office cat, Chip! Kids can color their very own Chip & Christmas tree page and be entered for a chance to win festive prizes.

We recently had someone reach out to us with a large number of gently used items they would love to donate to families in need. These donations include:

🎁 Misc. Kids Items – Toys, accessories, and more
🏠 Household Items & Small Appliances

We’re grateful they thought of us—and we want to make sure these items reach individuals or families who could truly use them. ❤️

👉 We are looking for suggestions for a reliable local drop-off site that supports families in need and can help lift a burden for anyone during this time. If you know of a shelter, community center, charity, or organization that accepts these kinds of donations, please share in the comments.
