🏡 Sold Again — 5 Years Later! 🎉

I sold this house in January of 2021 for $685k and represented the sellers. I was excited when the current owners reached out to me because they were preparing to put the property on the market. It’s always so fun to go back to a home that I’ve sold and see what the new owners have done to the house. In this case, they updated the kitchen, completely renovated the lower level, expanded the bathroom and did numerous other non-cosmetic upgrades.

We put the house on the market and accepted a great offer in just ONE day — over asking price and with great terms! 🎉

Saying goodbye to longtime neighbors makes this one a little bittersweet. This beauty sold for $61k over the asking price.
