Don't forget to file for your property tax exemptions. You may qualify for more than one. They are listed on the Property Appraisers website here:

There are several exemptions available for homeowners, individuals, institutions, veterans, disabled, widows, widowers, not for profit organizations, economic development, etc.

BREAKING NEWS: The City of Milton tonight rolled back its millage rate, lowering property taxes to 2.99 mills, which was half of the rollback rate. Councilwoman Shannon Rice made the motion, which was approved by a super majority of the council.

Although Ashton Woods Subdivision is not governed by an HOA it does have Restrictive Covenants that run with the land and are binding on all persons and parties owning any of the said land until January 1, 2030.
