Housing Market Update - July '22

Is the housing market cooling down?

Statistically, not really.

Average and Median sales price has increased by 9% each year since 2020.

Days are the market moved from 17 to 18, so it's taking an average of 1 more day to receive an accepted offer. The surprising thing is that it took on average 27 days in July 2020 to receive an accepted offer.

Sellers are receiving over asking, relatively similar to last year 2021.

Months of supply is at 1.9, so we are still in a strong seller's market.
