Fall is here and that means Oktoberfest returns to Milwaukee! Walking-distance from Avante is the 11th annual Milwaukee Oktoberfest hosted by Kegel’s Inn at the Wisconsin War Memorial Center from September 24-26th. With plenty of room for social distancing, the outdoor festival the War Memorial is the perfect place to enjoy Oktoberfest this year!

Happy September to the residents of Avante! Fall is around the corner and this is a great month to deep clean some spots in your apartment that are often overlooked. Look up and you’ll likely find you’ve neglected to clean items in your living space such as light fixtures, fans, and return vents. It’s important to give these things a good dusting before heat is turned on which can circulate dust and mites if not cleaned regularly.
