SOLD! Happy to have this one closed out. Multiple phone calls a week and too many showings to count.

Story time: 4102 W Bradley Rd has been vacant for 10 years and has been in and out of the hands of various brokerage houses. The property was historically an A&W and was most recently Sammy’s Express Gyro's. When I first drove by and walked through the property, I knew one thing was going to remain the same... this was going to be a retail site due to its easy access from both Bradley and Teutonia roads, and the amount of traffic that passes by each day. Wasn't the biggest deal and didn't happen overnight, but the fact is, it SOLD! This was one of my first listings when I started my career in real estate and man did I learn a lot. From the beginning, The Village of Brown Deer was adamant about a user contributing to the newly redeveloped corridor along Bradley Rd. This buyer is going to do just that! Cafe Corazon is going to be opening their fourth Milwaukee area location, but this location is going to be a little different.
