All these people want is your rent money they don't care about what upkeep takes or how many times they request you to make a work order and then the workers have to come back over and over again within a 6-month. Of time I can't even fix it right the first time I'm after these people to have their Section 8 or al-811 program ineligible to receive the tax credits from HUD WETA and the government this is a good example of a slum landlord it doesn't give a crap about anybody and the elevators for people that have disabilities here they're down for 4 to 6 to 8 weeks what is a person doing a wheelchair they can't take their wheelchair down the steps need your support how many people lived here let me know I need to be shut down as soon as possible

Pipes leak and look at what a smell is it ruined by onions that I had in there in a little bucket bu****it and they don't even do nothing about it

This is the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life in over 50 years I don't give a s**t just collect the money for the rent and when we get around to it will do an inspection when we want to do it and nothing gets fixed this particular building I live in Scott five pages are write-ups including issues with the elevator going back to 1999 the year

Boulevard Apartments West Highland Boulevard the gentleman you're going to hear is one of the regional managers that moves around he should be fired clearly I'm being maliciously attacked because I believe in helping people's rights with disabilities I am an individual with a disability and I went to the city building inspectors as well as the fire department as I should have because my carbon monoxide detector was going off in my unit and periodically it does go off still this started June of this year. I even told him in the conversation that I went to the city and a short time after that they went for a fiction notice based on not paying my ref which is buls**t

This individual has a restraining order on him the management must really be kiss his ass up and down he's assaulted me three times the last time was enough for me and the sheriff's can't even find the guy to serve him paperwork but you can hear him inside his apartment that's what the police department says so so much for a restraining order so much for the management and they couldn't even give me his first name because they feel it's not important enough to get rid of the bad apples in the apartment and he starts a unattended stove fire running for hours and hours

In six months I've probably complained about this four out of the six months I've been here this is just incredible neglect by the landlord and the maintenance people that they have working for them literally sucks if anybody wants to live in any Boulevard Apartments or posted by Sherman & Associates please think twice I've experienced enough

Sherman & Associates slum landlords Minnesota and Wisconsin check out Better Business Bureau and their scores beware and don't move into the properties they don't keep them up whatsoever employee management turnover every month
