We’re excited to welcome back Alexia Smokler, attorney and staff executive to NAR’s Fair Housing Policy Committee. She speaks nationwide on fair housing issues and helped develop Fairhaven: A Fair Housing Simulation and Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing. Alexia will share insights on often-overlooked areas like marketing and implicit bias - plus practical takeaways you can apply right away.
