Huge congratulations to the teams at Norden Range Apartments and Caroline Heights Apartments for reaching stabilization just days apart!🎉

Norden Range achieved 95.91% occupancy as of May 24th, followed closely by Caroline Heights officially reaching stabilization on May 31st, surpassing the 95% target and landing at an impressive 96.62% occupancy.

A big shoutout to the people behind these results:

At Norden Range Apartments: Kirstin Rogowski, Tawny Schulz, and Ethan O’Connor onsite, along with Jessica Yanny, Senior Portfolio Director.

Current site work includes ongoing excavation and soil hauling, wood lagging installation, and guard rail installation along the earth retention piles. It’s exciting to see steady progress taking shape as this future community continues to come to life.

Join us in congratulating Ethan O’Connor, Cory Cridelich, and Eric Geldmeyer, our Q1 “Well, That Was Tricky” recipients! 👏

During the extreme cold freeze at the end of January, Ethan, Cory, and Eric went above and beyond to support residents and protect a Mandel community during a challenging situation that left more than 40 units without heat. For over a week, they worked tirelessly coordinating contractors, managing repairs, placing temporary heaters in affected homes, and checking vacant units multiple times to help prevent further damage during the freeze. Their quick action, teamwork, and dedication helped minimize disruption while ensuring residents remained safe and cared for throughout the process.

Thank you, Ethan, Cory, and Eric, for stepping in wherever needed and handling a difficult situation with such care and dedication.

Ka stepped in to support Lake Bluff Condos after their Maintenance Supervisor was involved in a bad accident. For two days each week, Ka stepped away from his home property to help Lake Bluff and from the very beginning, he did so with genuine care and commitment.

From day one, Ka brought a positive attitude, a warm smile, and seamlessly jumped into the role. In the short time he had been with them, the Lake Bluff office received countless emails, calls, comments, and notes from residents praising his work. One resident shared, “I had barely finished calling about this and it was already done — it’s like he read my mind.”
