I had the distinct pleasure of working with Michael Rupnow (stud pictured in the convertible) on the sale of his home and purchase of his new property!

I was flattered when Mike first asked me to look at a new home together. It always feels good to have friends reach out in the real estate space to help guide them through the process. I very much appreciate the opportunity.

Mike expressed that he wanted to move back to the city, closer to work, closer to family, and closer to the neighborhoods they raised him. SOLD! With one big win also comes a bittersweet ending to this chapter of life. Our latest flip project, N76W14092 Appleton Ave, is complete and sold. Appleton Ave will also be the last renovation project I do for the foreseeable future. As the seasons change, so does the direction of my attention and energy. I am being called to a role more centered around home and guiding my children's education, building the , and serving as a great realtor (hit me up if you're looking to buy or sell!)

It has been a wild ride renovating and flipping properties for the past 8 years. With hundreds of projects under my belt, dozens of homes bought and sold, millions of dollars invested and plenty of late nights, early mornings, and blood, sweat and tears, the time has come to step away and realign my focus. I'm excited for the future and the unlimited possibilities that lay in wait.

Huge thank you to my partner, .s.john, for all of his work, time, effort and patience over the last 8 years. So many properties, so many comps, so many courageous conversations and through it all, here we are. I might not have ever gotten into this business without your initiative, guidance and support and I thank you for that. High highs and some low lows reminds me of a quote I'm sure you'll recognize, "Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again, but life goes on." We did it! After a long and exhausting search, The Hamel's finally have their dream home! Thank you so much to Blake and Trina for the opportunity to be their guide during this process. In total, I personally showed them 76 homes. A new record. Was it any coincidence that the address of the home they decided on was 762?? Meant to be! While they continually thanked me for my patience in "dealing with them" it was truly a joy to spend time with my friends during the most important time of their lives.

We started the search for a new home with Trina about 6/7 months pregnant in November (siiiiixseeeeeven). We ended the search in Slinger with baby SJ about two weeks old! I can't believe how much of a trooper Trina and SJ were through the hardest months of pregnancy in the coldest months of the year. You're literally a rockstar and thank you for all the thought partnership, negotiation strategy conversations, and your voice throughout the discernment of choosing the right situation for you and your growing family. Love you so much,

This sale actually began about 5 years ago when I attended in Florida.

I was heading to lunch during one of the breaks and saw a gentlemen wearing a shirt with the wisconsin state outline on it. I asked him if he was from Wisconsin. He said, “no m, but I invest there. Wanna come grab lunch with us?” And just like that I met my friend and brother and about 15 other Marines for lunch.
