My client randomly texted me and told me they’ve been BOOKED for the last 5 weeks since starting their Airbnb AND they already have more bookings coming up! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

“Accepted Offer” doesn’t always mean there’s no opportunity. 🔑

This property already had a buyer under contract when my client decided she wanted it.

Instead of automatically moving on, we looked at the terms of the existing situation, discussed her options, and put together an offer that positioned her to step in if the opportunity became available.

It did.

Her offer went from SECONDARY → PRIMARY, and now she’s officially UNDER CONTRACT. 🏡🎉

This is why representation matters.

Buying a home isn’t just about finding a property online, scheduling a showing and writing an offer.

It’s also about having an agent who understands the contract, recognizes opportunities, knows how to structure an offer strategically, and can guide you through situations that may not be as straightforward as they appear.

Some closings hit a little different. 🥹🏡💗

Today we closed another chapter with the Woods family, and what makes this one even more special is that this isn’t our first time at the closing table together.

I’ve had the privilege of helping the Woods family with real estate in the past, from investing to selling their primary home, and there’s something special about clients choosing to trust you again when it’s time for their next BIG move.

And just like most real estate transactions, there was a whole lot more happening behind the scenes than what you see in these few clips. 😂

Questions came up. Decisions had to be made. Things had to be negotiated, followed up on, double-checked, and worked through. And through every part of it, my job was to make sure my clients understood what was happening, knew their options, and had someone advocating for them all the way to the closing table.

That part of real estate will probably never make the cute closing video, but that’s the part that matters most. 💗
