We're thrilled to welcome T.J. Cobb to the Acts Housing team as our new Vice President of Programs!

T.J. brings an impressive background in public health strategy, data, and housing — having served the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, and most recently as Director of Strategic Insights and Research at WHEDA. She holds degrees from UW–Milwaukee, is a graduate of Marquette's ACRE program, and is a proud alumnus of the Forward 48 Civic Leadership program.

We're lucky to have her — and we can't wait to see the impact she'll bring to our mission of empowerment through homeownership.

On Friday, Acts Housing's Director of Government Relations, Erin Guthery, joined Senator Tammy Baldwin and fellow housing organizations for a roundtable on affordable housing in Milwaukee.

The conversation covered the real barriers to affordable housing supply, the impact of investor landlords in our community, and innovative initiatives like the ECE Homes project — all issues at the heart of our work.

Erin also had the opportunity to personally thank Senator Baldwin for the $1MM federal award to Acts Housing included in this year's budget. We are deeply grateful for her continued commitment to expanding homeownership opportunities for Milwaukee families.
