kyle completed planting flowers in the milwaukee entry pots.
now we are looking for owners to
“adopt-a-pot”, involving:

-watering your pot
-watching over it, especially on very hot days.

the pots needing adoption are:

🌸milwaukee entry pot/s (4 of them)

🌺juneau entry pots (4 of them)

🌸courtyard pots (4 of them)

while we do have landscapers and maintenance staff, they are not here on a regular or daily basis and the flowers need frequent care.

hi all. just a reminder regarding the rental rule. while condos here are selling in the $250,000-$280,000 range, please be sure to let realtors and potential buyers know that they cannot rent out their unit until after one year from the date of closing, and even then, need to register on the rental waitlist (the approximate wait is about 3-4 years). also, please respect this rule, as
courtyard square is a predominantly owner-occupied association, and unfortunately, violations are being assessed with significant fines.
