My longtime knowledge of Milwaukee helps me to show buyers who may be new to the area all a neighborhood has to offer, from schools to nightlife. As a Buyer's Agent, I work to ensure that any offer is negotiated to reflect both the buyer's wants and needs, and the realities of today's housing market. I accompany buyers at home inspections and can help to determine whether a repair will be small or large. I work with buyers to ensure that their lenders receive all the necessary documents and that loan commitment will be available in a timely manner.
