I guess we’re jumping on trend 2016 here we go✨

This year was a year of learning that life is beautiful but also in survival mode. My husband and I had our first baby that turned 1 years old. We knew we had to work hard to give her a better life so we were finishing college, working our jobs, had to intern did everything right so we could get a good job. Deep down inside, I had a simple thought that there had to be a better way. I didn’t know what I was searching for but I believe the universe gives you what you need at the right time. I discovered Real Estate. As a second generation here in the US, never in my life have I heard anything about Real Estate or that you could make a living from it. I pondered on it for 2 years before fully jumping in because it wasn’t something that seemed real.

I was young and lost but so thankful for Real Estate, so thankful for my husband and so thankful for my first born. Thinking about it makes me tear up because we have worked so hard and grew up so much. But yes I digress, 2016 was a beautiful year. A year of happy tears, a year of discovery and a year of growth. ❤️

Not if you’re unsure.
Not if you’re feeling pressured.
Not because five agents said “it’s the perfect time.”

Here’s the truth most agents won’t say:
Sometimes the smartest move… is not to move and that’s ok. The best thing to do is to understand your financial position. Maybe right now is not the right time but you can plan for the future. It could be next year or 5 more years.
