Recently I had a friend on the fence about using a realtor while looking for their first home, so I thought this would be a good opportunity to let y’all know some of the things I have to offer to your home buying experience!
- I’ll be able to craft competitive clauses in an offer to help you, the buyer, win the house at the best price, but also defend that price throughout the process. Through inspection, appraisal, testing contingencies, there’s 1,001 things the buyer might not be prepared for.
- To hire me is to also hire, my lender, my title company, engineers, my roofing company, etc. — and as a buyer you’ll need all of these services at some point.
- A listing agent will keep you, as the buyer, only as a customer in the transaction.. which means everything you, as the buyer, tell the listing agent is the same as just telling the seller. You deserve someone on your side advocating for you, and only you, and that’s me.
