Meet Coach Erica Odom: Founder & Owner of Odom Investments & Property Management 🏡
Coach Erica Odom is a Milwaukee native, licensed advanced practice social worker, real estate investor, entrepreneur, published author, and radio personality. Her work is rooted in one mission: empowering individuals and communities to build financial confidence, long-term stability, and generational wealth.
Her journey in real estate began at just 19 years old, where an early investment experience became a powerful lesson that shaped her future approach to investing, education, and leadership. After rebuilding and re-educating herself, she went on to purchase additional properties, leverage equity to eliminate debt, and eventually launch Odom Investments & Property Management LLC in 2018.
Through Odom Investments, Coach Erica focuses on revitalizing properties and strengthening communities by bringing homes back to life and maintaining high standards in every project. What started as personal experience has grown into a business built on education, opportunity, and impact.
Beyond real estate, she is also the author of Journey to Success and Journey to Success: The “Unforgotten” Teen, along with coaching programs and workshops designed to make financial literacy practical, accessible, and real for everyday people.
Everything she does ties back to one goal: helping people feel more confident, informed, and empowered in their financial journey while building stronger communities along the way.
