Unfortunately, our team discovered this morning that someone has taken a recently posted video from our company and shared it on TikTok while attempting to get people to send money for a rental property that does NOT belong to them.

We are a legitimate property management company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and we take the protection of our clients and prospective residents seriously.

Here are a few things you should know about Odom Investments & Property Management:

❌ We do NOT accept cash for rental deposits or rent.
❌ We do NOT accept Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle payments.
✅ We will ALWAYS require you to view the property.
✅ We have a thorough application and screening process.
✅ You can Google our company and verify our information.
✅ If you are ever unsure, contact us directly before sending ANY money.

🚨 NEVER send money to someone simply because they have a video or photos of a property. Scammers can copy legitimate listings, photos, videos, and company information to make themselves appear legitimate.
