Good morning, Quail Park! Today, we are kicking off our community wide Bingo event. All Bingo cards have been distributed to households — now it’s time to join the fun!

🎁 Prizes are available for the first two completed Bingos, and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. We are awarding the following prizes:

1. Hatch Restore 3 Sunrise Alarm Clock
2. ECOSELF Air Purifier

Once all prizes have been claimed, any remaining completed Bingo cards will be entered into a raffle for additional prizes!

📋 How to turn in your completed Bingo card:
Please follow the instructions listed on the back of your Bingo card for submission details. All Bingos must be clearly illustrated, and you can send a picture/scan via email, to [email protected]. Some screenshots may be required to verify your Bingo.

Guess what time it is!!

Resident Bingo time!! If you haven't been a part of the community for Resident Bingo, here's how it works:

🎯 Monday, Nov. 9th our team will be visiting the community to post 1 Bingo Card to each door.
🎯 We will post online, send an email, and send a push notification once Bingo Cards have all been posted.
🎯 Collect your card, complete your choice of tasks, and get a Bingo!
🎯 Submit your completed Bingo to our team using the instructions on the back of the card.
🎯 Win a prize! First few Bingos will get their choice of any remaining grand prizes! Once all are claimed, remaining Bingos will be collected and entered into a raffle for a rent credit!

National Leave a Review Day is this Sunday and we would love to hear your feedback! For any of our current residents, we will be raffling off (1) $250 rent credit to anyone who takes a moment to leave us a review. All reviews are eligible and you will receive one raffle entry for each qualifying platform. Find out more details in the email that will be sent out Sunday morning, or by swiping through the post!

Happy November!

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with The Angels in the Outfield non-profit organization to host a donation drive this month. Last year, our company spent the afternoon building holiday gift packages for those in need, using donations from many wonderful people collected throughout the prior months. This year, we will be spending a whole day with the Angels in the Outfield volunteers doing the same thing! To help extend our outreach, we wanted to invite our communities to help us collect items for those sponsored by the program. We will be collecting new, unwrapped items all month long. If you have any donations, let our team know and we will schedule a time to come by and collect them!

The most needed items include:
- Legos (a huge wishlist item!)
- Squishmallows and other stuffed animals
- Bicycles, skateboards, and scooters with helmets
- Sports balls
- Arts & crafts and science kits
- Games
- Makeup, nail polish, and self-care kits

In addition to toys and gifts, blankets are a big ticket item given in every gift package. We will be purchasing materials to make and donate 50 fleece tie blankets amongst our community and our sister communities. The sign up sheet to make a blanket will be sent out next week, so keep an eye out!

Good morning & Happy Halloween!

All month long, we have spent Thursdays together enjoying a yummy drink to celebrate the launch of our Resident App! Today is the last day of our "Coffee on Us" event & we wanted to do something special. Enjoy a drink on us using the gift card code posted in the resident app, then tag us in a photo of your drink here on our page to be entered into a gift basket raffle that includes a no-leak Owala travel mug!
