As a commercial photographer you are always working to get the best possible image to your client. Set-up, editing, the kitchen sink; you do everything in your power to get a great image to your client no matter what the material is at hand. Then there is a job like I had in NW Reno yesterday where I don't have to do anything but point click and enjoy. Hope you all enjoy as well.

Hello Facebook!! In this post I want to highlight what a virtual tour can do for you. So this post is not about this virtual tour, this property has already sold and is off the market as far as I know. I'm using this virtual tour to highlight the labels in the aerial panoramic shot. Those labels don't just have to be in an aerial panoramic highlighting local geography, those labels can be used in a virtual tour to highlight things that bring value to your customers. It can be highlighted in one shot then the as the customer approaches that object in the virtual tour there can be another label that gives a description of why that object brings value to that customer. So if your a mechanic that just purchased an alignment rack, let's do a virtual tour of your shop and highlight the alignment rack create 3D close up shots around the alignment rack and explain why that piece of equipment adds value to your customer. Virtual tours are new to the market and primarily used in Real Estate, but that is not their limit. Think about how a virtual tour could help you engage with and communicate your value to your customer then contact me and let's make it happen.

Alright, here is day three of the series and hopefully I have saved the best for last. I want to thank everyone for their great comments and interaction so I am planning to do this again, maybe next week with some photos of the storm rolling in this weekend.
Same as before, one photo edited three different ways. The first is the original picture, the second is with the foreground darkened, and the third is with the foreground brightened. The only difference on this one is since its the last one in the series there are two photos with edits in this post. You'll also notice that even though the pictures are edited the exact same way as all the other photos in the series but since these were shot at night the effects are interesting. Enjoy!

Day two of the series I started yesterday. Same as yesterday the same photo edited three different ways (first one is the original picture, second picture has the foreground darkened, and the third picture has the foreground is brightened). I like the foreground being darkened in this one because of the colors on the mountains as the sunsets behind me, but let me know which one you like and why

Today I am starting a little series to highlight photo editing. In this series I'll show three versions of the same photo and why you might chose to edit a photo a certain way. Then I'll ask you which one you prefer and why. There are no wrong answers, I am just interested to know what you think. Today is part one of the series. The first photo is the original picture, in the second photo I have darkened the foreground to highlight the colors on the mountains, and the third photo brightens the foreground to give you a better scope of the picture. Which do you prefer and why?
