The Coldwell Banker brand demonstrated its strength in the second quarter through existing domestic partnerships and steady growth efforts internationally.

Domestically, throughout the first half of 2024, the Coldwell Banker network has retained $85.4 million in GCI across 31 companies in key markets. The extension of these relationships demonstrates our commitment to supporting the growth of our franchise partners.

Internationally, Coldwell Banker Egypt and Coldwell Banker Turkey led expansion efforts by adding seven new locations each, all for new companies joining the network.

Coldwell Banker France & Monaco opened two new offices in Paris as Coldwell Banker Rive Gauche, one in the Saint Germain des Prés neighborhood and the other in Champs de Mars area. Recently, the cyclists in the Olympic triathlon competition zoomed by one of the new offices on the Rue du Bac.

Coldwell Banker Paraguay opened their second office since expanding to the country in 2023: Coldwell Banker Blue Real Estate in the capital city Asunción.

So blessed to share this amazing give back. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Affiliate Agents set a goal on Tuesday at our Gen Blue 2022 conference to give $10,000 to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Before days end on Tuesday, we had given more than $100,000.00.

To continue the give back to the cause I will be making a donation to St. Jude's with every escrow I close.
