SOLD Ruston Home!🏡
One of my son’s high school classmates recently graduated at Louisiana Tech University, and her mom — who now lives out of state — reached out to me to sell this Ruston home that housed both of her college kids during their time at LaTech.
Before listing, I spent a full day helping clean alongside a cleaner she hired, and I also did some minor staging and decorating — cleaning & decorating is definitely my thing! I truly believe presentation matters.
After spending a couple of days studying comparables, we intentionally priced the home at the very top of the market value. Less than a week after listing, we received TWO full-price offers. It seems like the cash offer always wins!
