Reintroducing myself because somehow there are actually new people here 😂

Hi, I’m Katie , your local Northern Nevada REALTOR®, horse girl, boy mom, and part-time professional iced shaken espresso consumer. ☕️

I help people buy and sell homes while also trying to keep my toddler alive, my horse fed, and my life together. Some days are more successful than others. 🤠

A few of my buyers have asked me lately, “What’s it really like living in Northern Nevada?” 🤠🏔️

Honestly… moving from a big city to Dayton was definitely an eye-opener to say the least. Life looks a little different out here : more open space, slower mornings, dirt roads, horses, small-town community, and a whole lot less traffic.

At first, it was an adjustment. But now? It’s the lifestyle I’ve completely fallen in love with. The sunsets, the land, the sense of freedom, and the way people genuinely know their neighbors ,it’s hard to beat.

Northern Nevada isn’t for everyone… but for the people craving space, peace, and a different pace of life, it really is something special. 🤍

You are my whole heart walking around outside of me. From your laugh, your little personality, the way you say mama, and every milestone in between… you’ve made my world brighter in every possible way.

No title will ever mean more to me than being your mom.
