🔧 We’re Hiring: Lead Maintenance Technician!

Are you an experienced maintenance professional who’s ready to take the lead? SunRidge Management Group is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to support two of our communities in East Texas!

📍 Lindale, TX
📍 Mineola, TX

This full-time, on-site position will support both communities, so regular travel between the Lindale and Mineola locations is required. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, leading by example, and keeping communities running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate will have:
• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Leadership and organizational skills
• CPO & HVAC certifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A hands-on, safety-first approach
• The ability to travel between both communities as needed
