One of my favorite remodels to date!

This 5bed 3bath farmhouse sits on 5acres of land right outside of town. It has a well, HUGE tank, lean-to, well house, gravel drive, etc.

We built out the little nooks and crannies to have extra space, a reading nook, and a playroom for the kids! The finished hardwood floors add the perfect rustic/modern feel.

The master boasts a large closet with custom built-ins and hardwood floors.

This will be put on the market NEXT WEEK FOR SALE!
