I love to bake and since 2 of my 3 children are vegan, I have had to alter some recipes! I made all of my Thanksgiving treats and Christmas treats vegan last year, and every dessert I’ve made since then has been vegan as well. The secrets are plant based butter and flax egg. So easy and I swear you can’t tell the difference! One tablespoon of ground flax seed, mixed with 3 tablespoons of water creates a gelatinous texture like egg whites. What are your baking secrets???

Went on a walk this evening and found some perfect puffballs! I have been waiting to find some, but haven’t been out much!
I made mini cheese pizzas and mini pesto, cheese, and Chicken pizzas. The crust is actually slices of the mushroom. I baked them first, then added the toppings and baked again. They were delicious!!
