The 2026 MNASCA Annual Conference brought ASC leaders together for discussions on regulatory compliance, operational challenges and reimbursement pressures—and our team had a front row seat.

The ‘Beyond the Blueprint’ panel moderated by Matthew O'Keefe (VP of Architecture, Synergy) and Stacy Acketz (CEO, Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute Surgery Center) was particularly thought provoking. As a full-service real estate company, our team appreciated the inside look at how architectural techniques grounded in proven best practices and continual process improvement drive the best outcomes for patients, providers and communities.
