It's almost crazy to think about a world pre-covid. But what's even crazier, is that it was the last time there has been an increase in housing inventory.

In the last month, we have finally seen signs that the real estate market is cooling off. We have seen more listings and less buyers. Does this mean the real estate market is going to crash? No, but what it does mean, is that homes may get less offers and take longer to sell. We're still at record high prices, we're just seeing slightly less demand.

Here's a very brief article on the current real estate market :)

Many experts predict the housing market is on the verge of a correction—if it isn't already in one. This will affect buyers and sellers.

These are very important when it comes to getting approved for a mortgage. Lenders look at these key statistics when deciding if you qualify for a mortgage or not. Also, the better these numbers are, the more likely you are to get a lower interest rate!
