This morning’s mass shooting in Minneapolis has left me shocked, disturbed, and truly disheartened. My heart goes out to the victims, their families, and everyone impacted by this senseless act of violence.
Moments like this remind us how much we need one another, and how important it is to care for our mental health and check in on those around us. No one should feel alone in their pain.
