Rents have chilled out and more choices keep popping up!! St. Paul, across the river, put on the brakes with steady rent control: meaning stability for renters, sure, but shoot, a LOT less new construction (some projects totally stalled out, y’all!). Okay, y'all, here's one for the books! Picture this: I walk in for a routine property inspection and am met by... not a dog, not a cat, but a pig, complete with a red bandana, chillin' on the living room couch like he pays the bills! 🤯 He gave me that "what, you’ve never seen a pig watch Netflix?" kinda look. You can bet I had to double-check the lease (pretty sure "no pets" didn’t include farm animals, but hey, you live and learn in property management! 😂) Never a dull moment around here at Twin Cities Property People, just another day where you think you've seen it all, and then, BAM! You would NOT believe the things we find after tenants move out! From a rubber duck army stashed in a closet (I’m talking enough for a bathtub world record… don’t ask 😂) to mysterious glitter explosions, and the occasional “what IS that smell?” adventure.

I mean, we’ve seen furniture assembled entirely out of pizza boxes (innovative? Or just hungry?) and enough forgotten socks to start a side hustle.
