On Friday, we successfully closed on first house! Atimma came to me as a referral and we ended up doing a 1 on 1 homebuyer workshop together in January. We created a plan to help her buy a house in the fall once her lease was up. In April she reached out about a townhome that I sent her in St. Paul that had been on the market for awhile. We checked it out and while she fell in love with the place she felt hesitant moving forward with that being the only house she saw. A day later we spoke again and she told me she wanted to go for it and that’s what we did and were able to get her a great deal! In fact, Atimma got paid at her closing!!!

Atimma, it was a pleasure helping you accomplish this goal. You stuck to your word and treated the process with such diligence. You work so hard to put yourself in the best position possible while making it look easy! It was so fun getting to know you and become friends in the process.

For those of you who don’t know, Atimma is a BOSS and runs her own business through Nu Skin! Give a follow and support! The toothpaste is amazing 👌🏾

Belated Post* but a post that’s necessary!

I have to shed some light and praise on some of my favorite people! .mackinnon3 & .wolverine thank you for the opportunity to work with you guys this winter/spring! We met originally over Facebook and then formally met via zoom! I remember speaking to Adolfo when he told me you two were ready to begin the process, but weren’t super keen on working with a realtor so young and one that’s only been in the game two years! Yet, you took the chance on me and gave me a month to find you the perfect home! Within three weeks we found you an amazing home in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul! Along our journey we shared tons of laughs, spent quality time whether that was in person (Adolfo) or via what’s app video call (Laura) and got to meet Logan your wonderful dog, and Laura, your father, Ken! It was truly an enjoyable experience and I’m happy to be able to call you both my friends! Hope you love the home and I’m counting down the days to that promised lasagna! 😋
