Beam was recognized as a Finance & Commerce Top Projects award honoree!

When selecting the projects, the panel of judges looked at the degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management and sustainability efforts.

Congratulations to all those at Sherman Associates, Inc., Weis Builders, Kaas Wilson Architects, Jordan Area Community Council - JACC - Jordan Neighborhood, West Broadway Business & Area Coalition, City of Minneapolis Government, Metro Blooms, Juxtaposition Arts, and others who made our beautiful community possible.

Located on west Broadway Avenue, Beam is situated to be an important resource for north Minneapolis.
