Another closing in the books! ✅

This one felt super special to us, as our buyer had already worked with 2 previous agents with no luck in finding a home. They never met his needs in responsiveness, being informative, and walking him through the process. We came in from a place of service and made sure that he felt heard and cared for. A few short months later after a good number of showings and we found this gem! A foreclosed home that he will build a ton of sweat-equity in.

Another home UNDER CONTRACT ‼️

While working with a buyer that had a few situations fall through with a different agent, we knew he needed a new strategy to get a home in his price range that he was satisfied with.

We found a foreclosure that had been sitting on the market a few months, and knew that with the shifting market he would be able to get a fair price and purchase agreement tailored to his unique needs. And that’s exactly what we did!

🏠 We got a referral for listing this gem in NE Mpls this past Spring🏠
After meeting with the owners, it was clear that we were going to have to think outside the box in marketing this home to truly meet their needs as they transitioned into assisted living. They had owned this home for over 40+ years and had acquired A LOT of stuff.
After much discussion, we listed it “Off Market”. We didn’t put it on MLS and we didn’t have “typical showings”. Rather, we marketed it to the long list of agent peers and investors that we’ve met throughout the years and sold it quickly and painlessly and for the price they wanted! 💰
We negotiated important terms like the new buyer agreeing to dispose of 40+ years of items left in the home after closing so our sellers could take the things they wanted with them and not have the hassle of cleaning out the rest of the home.
