Another sale with Brigette's family! This adorable bungalow, once Chelsea's first home filled with love, met its match when life added Beau and baby Juniper to the mix. But with the chaos of working from home, baby scoots, and life's wild ride filling the house to the brim, it was time for an upgrade!

We listed this Howe gem on the market, and the fates led a fabulous neighbor mama from California to make a sweet comeback, finding it as her new home. The whole thing could not have been more sweet! Family was truly at the center of this home sale.
