For the 7th year in a row, Reuter Walton was honored to be the lead Sponsor for the Habitat for Humanity Raise the Roof Golf Event.

In just 1 day, we raised enough funds to build another home for a family in need!

We are pleased to announce the opening of Litmore, our new 60-unit affordable apartment project that is Phase I of our Twin Lake Redevelopment Project in Little Canada. Litmore opened at 82% leased and is actively processing applications on the remaining units.

We are excited to announce our closing on the construction financing for LICA, our new 60 unit affordable housing project in Little Canada, MN. LICA is Phase II of our 120 affordable unit redevelopment of city-owned land adjacent to Snail Lake Regional Park. Litmore, Phase I of the redevelopment project, will welcome its first residents this month and LICA will be complete in June of 2024.
