Anyone have ‘Austin Skyline Views’ on their Home Bingo card? 🤌🏻

We are stoked for the incredible opportunity our great friends Dave and Jess grabbed in Austin Hill Country’s Sweetwater neighborhood! They knew they wanted to be in Lake Travis ISD and had heard amazing things about the Sweetwater community 😜

We encouraged them to start with combing through new construction inventory/spec homes since the deals are currently *chefs kiss* — I’m talking 75% off lot prices, $25k in flex cash, AND $10k credit if you use the builder’s preferred lender…. Wowza!

We helped them get under contract on a spec home (meaning it was in the process of being built) but we got in soon enough that Dave and Jess could have made cosmetic changes but they were happy with what the designers had already chosen ✨

This particular home was the exact floor plan they fell in love with on our showings, the wooden beams that were on their ‘cherry on top’ list, AND BONUS, has views of the Austin skyline from their back patio + rooftop terrace 🍹 All of that plus the price reduction and flex cash (could be used to lower the interest rate) made this a no brainer for them.

Fast forward 2.5 months and they have closed on their home sweet home!!
